An Office customer located at Medan Selayang ,called us to come to their office On-site for Internet Router issue.

We did some troubleshooting and trace their Main internet LAN cable  from their Unifi router and ensure whether its connected with CAT-6 LAN cable to optimized maximum internet speed and stability.

Customer was satisfied with our findings and later decided to replace router.
